Eleven Days Ago emerged in early 2005 after Andi, Aaron, Jack and Scott, who were studying music at college in Tonbridge decided to form a band after a few jamming sessions. In April, they started writing and rehearsing as a band but still needed a bass player.
Matt Lee, from Bromley, joined in May 2005 and Eleven Days Ago in its first incarnation came into existance.
Rehearsals and writing new songs continued throughout the summer and the band played its debut gig on June 25th at the Loaded Dog in Leytonstone. One year later, the band has lost Scott Metrebian and gained Andy Payne on lead guitar and Chris "ABSO" James has replaced Matt on bass. Many gigs have been played and some of the songs have been recorded. The band continues to write, rehearse,perform,record and attend college.
